On Saturday, October 15, 2011, Stanley Gordon West signed copies of his book, Blind Your Ponies in the Book Shop. The book tells of a hapless high school basketball team that overcome insurmountable odds. West is also the author of Amos, Finding Laura Buggs, Until they Bring the  Streetcars Back and Sweet Shattered Dreams.
