Information

Visitors can pick up a schedule of events and information about area attractions in the Dahl Centennial Union Lobby, 9:00 a.m. - noon.

Breakfast is available for purchase in the Dahl Centennial Union Dining Hall (lower level), 7:00–9:00 a.m.; short-order items can be purchased in Oneota Market (main level), 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., or in Marty’s (lower level), 9:00 a.m.–midnight.

Adventure Race
The Adventure Race--a 12-mile bike ride, 3-mile run, and a canoe/kayak leg--is sponsored by APO. Check back for registration details.

Picnic  Farwell Clearing (Library Lawn)
Bring a blanket or lawn chair. Picnic prices: $8.00 for adults; $4.00 for children 5-10; no charge for Luther students on board or children under 5. Rain location: Dahl Centennial Union Dining Hall

Panel Presentation for Parents Valders Hall of Science Room 206
Luther faculty and staff will present information and answer questions about the student experience at Luther. Last year's panel presenters were Nancy Barry, professor of English and assistant to the dean for advising; Kris Franzen, director of residence life; Corby Preus, off-campus programs advisor, Center for Global Learning; and Gregory Peterson, associate professor of music and college organist.

Soda Shoppe Marty's, Dahl Centennial Union
Purchase ice cream treats served by Luther staff and students. Entertainment provided by Luther jazz ensembles. Sponsored by SAC Special Events.

Coffee, juice, and bagels can be purchased at Marty’s (Dahl Centennial Union, lower level). Sunday hours during Family Weekend are 8:00 a.m.-midnight.

Reservations are suggested; call 563.387.1514 or e-mail catering@luther.edu. Walk-ins, please sign up in the Dahl Centennial Union lobby Sunday after 9:45 a.m. All members of party must be present before you will be seated. Cost: $13.50 for adults; $6.50 for children ages 5-10; free for children under age 5; $8.50 for Luther students with board plan after scanning ID card. Prices subject to change.
