Check-in, Registration, and Checkout

Registration will be held on Monday, June 10 from 9-9:30 a.m. at the Luther College Soccer Fields. Any remaining camp payment is due at this time.

Located on-line is a consent form for medical treatment. This can be mailed to the Sports Camps Office prior to arrival or brought to check-in on the day of registration. If, at the time of registration, you have any new medical conditions that we should know about, please bring a note from your physician. This form is required.

Campers can be picked up in the Regents Center north parking lot, south of the soccer fields at 11:30 a.m., after the final session each day.

The final session will be held on Thursday, June 13 from 11-11:30 a.m. Parents are welcome to join the campers for the Closing Ceremony and camp video.

Refund Policy

Written or e-mailed cancellation notice that is received five or more business days prior to the first day of camp will result in a full refund, less the non-refundable $50 deposit.
