Sweet Honey in the Rock weaves storytelling and stunning vocal prowess into an inspiring, socially conscious performance. Six fabulous voices capture the sounds of the African American musical legacy—the sacred music of the black church, the clarion calls of the civil rights movement, and songs of the struggle for justice everywhere. With power and grace, the women challenge audiences to open their minds to messages of hope, love, and justice.
